How does swiping work?

Swipe left to mark a photo or video for deletion, right to keep it, up to add it to Favorites, and down to decide later. The buttons under the photo do the same, and Undo takes back your last swipe.

When are my photos actually deleted?

Never while you swipe. When you finish, Rolldust shows everything you marked so you can keep anything after all. Then iOS asks you to confirm. Deleted items stay in Recently Deleted in the Photos app for 30 days, where you can recover them.

Rolldust only shows some of my photos

You probably gave Rolldust access to selected photos only. Tap Change on the home screen, or go to Settings → Privacy & Security → Photos → Rolldust and choose Full Access.

How many free swipes do I get?

50 a day. They reset at midnight. Undo gives the swipe back, and deciding later doesn't use one. Premium removes the limit.

What counts as a big photo or video?

By default, photos of 10 MB or more and videos of 1 GB or more. You can change both in Rolldust's Settings.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Open the Settings app, tap your name, then Subscriptions → Rolldust → Cancel Subscription. You keep Premium until the end of the period you've paid for.

I bought Premium but it's not active

Make sure you're signed in to the App Store with the same Apple Account you used to buy it, then open the Premium screen in Rolldust and tap Restore purchase.

How do I get a refund?

Payments are handled by Apple, so refunds are too. Request one at reportaproblem.apple.com.

Does Rolldust upload my photos?

No. Rolldust has no account and no servers. Your photos and your swipe decisions stay on your iPhone. See the privacy policy.
